Generally a project utilising our insulated raft foundation will require between 30 – 40% less concrete than used in traditional methods.
As the ground requires significantly less preparation, the amount of labour and machinery required to prepare for and install an insulated raft foundation system can be reduced by as much as 50%.
As the ground requires far less preparation and digging, the waste material produced is greatly reduced. Meaning less material to remove and less machinery required to move it.
All our insulated foundations are engineered to suit the specific requirements of the project. Meaning the system can be installed very quickly, resulting in more savings on labour and trades required.
Our insulated raft foundation system has undergone extensive testing and assessment, with BBA & NHBC Accepts certification.
